Outshot is made by Eitan Nisimov ("we," "I," "Outshot"). By downloading or using Outshot, you agree to these terms.
Outshot grants you a personal license to use the software on up to 3 Macs registered to the same Apple ID. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or decompile Outshot.
The Pro plan is $9.99/month or $99/year. A 7-day free trial is included with no credit card required. After the trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using the app. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
If Outshot doesn't work for you within 30 days of your first payment, email hi@outshot.app for a full refund. No questions asked.
You may not use Outshot to process screenshots containing another person's private information without their consent, or to automate bulk data extraction at scale.

Outshot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, continuous availability of third-party destinations (Calendar, Linear, Notion, etc.), or LLM parsing accuracy. Outshot shows you a preview before sending anything — always review before confirming.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
